I actually follow all of the teams and drivers on twitter, as well as Will Buxton (commentator) and Scarbs. There's also an ESPN F1 twitter that's pretty good too that I follow as well.

Along with the folks you mentioned, particularly Seward and Cooper, I pay attention to Steve Matchett, Will Buxton, the folks at Radio Le Mans and Sam Collins of Racecar Engineering.
